Project Context & Goals
D&A Property Management required more than a standard website. The goal was to build a production-ready platform that enables direct bookings, supports daily operations, and provides partners with clear performance insights without relying on third-party booking systems.

Solution & Approach
How intentional decisions shaped the final product
Direct Booking Architecture
The platform was designed around a fully custom booking engine rather than embedded third-party solutions. Guests can search availability, select units, and complete checkout within a controlled flow. Stripe is used exclusively for payments, while Rentlio functions only as a channel manager, ensuring full ownership of the booking experience.

UX for Guests and Property Owners
The system serves two distinct audiences with different needs. The interface prioritizes immediate understanding within the first few seconds of interaction.
